Luckson Mupandawana holds an MBA, M.Sc. in Human Resources Management and Diploma Personnel Management. He has a wealth of experience in human resources management, business development, public sector and consultancy gained from different sectors and roles at national and international level. Luckson has been involved in facilitating the development and implementing of the strategy, Council resolutions and other key projects. Luckson joined the Institute in 2018 as a HR and Programmes Development Executive until his recent appointment to the position Acting Executive Director. During his tenure as HR and Programmes Executive, Luckson introduced several Continuous Professional Development programmes. His taking over of the reigns at the Institute will add grit and diversity to current and future vision. Luckson is currently driving the ISO Certification journey.
Lovemore is a professionally qualified accountant with 22 years of experience gained from Manufacturing, Financial service, Revenue Authority, Arts and Educational sector. He is holder of an MBA from ZOU, Higher Diploma in Accountancy (Gweru Polytechnic), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Zimbabwe (ACIS) and a Registered Public Accountant with PAAB (RPaccZ). Apart from working for local organisations, Lovemore also worked for First Insurance Company of Uganda as an Acting Finance Manager. He joined the Institute from National Gallery of Zimbabwe where he worked as a Finance and Administration Manager.
Nigel is a seasoned Marketing Professional with experience in both traditional and digital marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Marketing from Bindura University of Science and Education and a Certificate in Digital Marketing with Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ). Nigel joined the Institute as a Marketing and PR Officer in 2020 from the medical industry. He is a full member of MAZ.
